Skandles Return Policy

At Skandles, we strive to provide you with products that bring joy, laughter, and warmth. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns:

  • You have 7 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • Please include your receipt or proof of purchase when returning the item.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Customised items or personalised products cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the original method of payment will be credited within a certain number of days.

Exchanges:

  • If your product is defective or damaged, we will gladly exchange it for the same item or one of equal value.

Shipping:

  • Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
